GLAZING Workshop

Beginner level: 90 minutes

Come GLAZE a pre-bisqued piece of pottery to spice up your home decor!

This session covers glazing and firing to decorate a locally handcrafted, stoneware piece of pottery made by our staff! Registration covers your studio fee for up to 2 hours of glazing. When you arrive in the studio, you'll buy a piece from our shelves and we'll show you which selection of glazes are best suited to your project (low or mid-fire). Glaze your item(s) and we will fire it in the kiln to reach vitrification levels which should make it safe for use in the microwave & dishwasher. Though "there are no guarantees in pottery" we will do our best to guide you toward success with your creativity and design.

Finished pieces must be picked up within 30 days following notification of firing.

Refund Policy: Here at Juliet Bravo Pottery, we run our classes based off registration. If you are unable to attend your chosen class, please inform Jason or Jessica Buddin via email (julietbravopottery@gmail.com) 4 business days prior to the session for a full refund. Requests made after this cut-off (4 business days prior to the session) will not receive a refund. We do not prorate or schedule make-up days for student absences. 

If Juliet Bravo Pottery cancels a class due to inclement weather or staff illness, we will contact students via email to schedule a makeup class or offer a refund.
