Refund policy

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. 

GLAZES & CLAYS

We do not issue refunds or credits for fired glazes or clays that do not yield desired expectations. Variables such as application method, kiln load, and firing temperature all determine how a glaze/clay will fire.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT

We cannot accept returns on any equipment or kiln parts and electrical items.
