We focus on various clay projects after independently centering a 1 pound ball of wedged clay. We also spend time learning hand-building techniques to create functional pieces. Students will be introduced to clay preparation with wedging and reclaiming clay for later use. Students can expect 1-2 pieces from each session (unless they're a returning student and working on more complex projects). As their skills progress, individual growth goals will be set.
